If retirement in 3 years or less is what you’re looking for, then here’s what you should do.
Choose Products You Believe In
It’s hard to influence other people if you don’t believe in the products yourself. When you genuinely believe that your products could help other people in a positive way, you can’t help but to spread the words around. This is the basic of direct selling.
It does not matter whether you’re giving direct presentation or using sales letter, what you feel will transfer to the people you’re reaching to. It is especially powerful when you give personal testimony to your prospects. Choose your product carefully, it should be one that you can’t hold sharing with others.
Keep Your System Simple
Have you heard the Occam’s Razor? The principle suggests that the best solution to a problem is the simplest one. You should reduce the complexity of your marketing system by eliminating unnecessary works. In the future, it also helps do duplicate the system to your entire downline.
With all things being equal, the simpler the system, the lesser is the chance of making mistakes and the greater the chance of success. Make sense, doesn’t it?
Teach Your Downline
Your downline will refer you as “sponsor”, not just merely “enroller”. As a sponsor, you duty is to ensure that your downline get adequate knowledge and expertise to go out on their own.
Unlike traditional job, in network marketing, when your downline is as good as you, you won’t feel insecure your position will be taken. In fact, as your downline’s income increases, so is yours. Communicate with your downline regularly and teach them as you gain new strategies.

Be proactive and consistent in developing your knowledge, both in the network marketing industry and personal mastery. You’ll be surprised at how your personal motivation could also trigger your team’s motivation extensively.
Manage Your Commissions
Money management is extremely important in accumulating wealth. If you don’t track your money, your expenses will always rise to the level of your income. Means that no matter how much you earn, you will end up with little or no money at the end of the day. Don’t wait and say to yourself you’ll begin when your income gets bigger. Start today.
No matter how small you income right now, discipline yourself to track every dollar that come out of your pocket. If you are able to handle your expenses at the current level of income, you won’t have difficulty to manage your money when your network marketing commissions skyrocket.
