Posted by Reyn | July 9, 2008
It is too bad there is not a plugin called, Automate Network Marketing Business. Of course, every network marketer would buy that plugin at almost any price. It sure would save a lot of time and effort. That’s why automation is one of the most important thing in network marketing
Many network marketers do not automate their network business right away and they are missing out, by not doing so.
Many network marketer do not have the faintest idea of what an automated system can do for them. Many independent distributors are being taught by companies to do their marketing the wrong way.
By automating, this essentially means that the traffic is funneled in such a way, that by the time you are actually speaking with them, they are very qualified leads. This a great, because you do not have to try and convince people that are not really interested, or even qualified to market. It is not difficult to automate a good lead generating system.
You will need to create your own promotional web page, a squeeze page, or a lead capture page. This is where your visitors will be sent to, from your online advertising efforts. This squeeze page will be designed to capture your traffic’s name and email. This allows you to begin building a list of prospects to follow up with, using a auto responder.
The purpose of this capture page is simply to have an opt-in form, so your visitors can request more information and begin receiving free reports, or newsletters about the helpful information that they want to know more about. By offering a free report, e-book or newsletter; those that want to know more will sign up.
When your visitors fill in the opt-in form, your auto responder will immediately begin the follow-up process for you. The sequence will be about on message per day to the visitors that have signed on to receive more information from you. The idea of the messages is to inform the prospects about yourself, your network team and the company. This is also to let the prospect know what they are missing out on, by not being a part of your team.
These follow-ups should be upbeat and conversational. The main focus is to let the prospect become more familiar with you and the company. People feel more at ease and comfortable, when they feel they know you. People want to work with people they like and respect.
Trust is always earned with honest efforts. Be sincere in your follow-up messages. You also need to begin leaving contact information for serious prospects, should they want to contact you directly, or sign up with the company.
This automated system you create needs to look and feel professional. It is always a good idea to include a good picture and bio of yourself in your squeeze page. This goes a very long way to establishing trust in your visitors, that will allow them to feel relaxed enough to sign up in the opt-in form on the page.
This automated system is also referred to as list building. The technique of this system will always generate solid leads for you, because the people that are not interested in your network business will not be requesting more information from you. Your interested visitors are the ones that will opt-in, giving you their names and email addresses for further contact.
